Once in Bali, purchased a data Sim at the airport counter, we are accompanied to the La House by the hotel shuttle
The next day we rent a scooter and we start to wandering around the Island just starting from Seminiak
While we run up and down along the Island we look for a better solution for to stay so we found a better hotel the Bracha Villas, and where we transfert there after five days. We continue looking around visiting the Nusa Dua area with pluri starred hotels and the Garuda Wisnu Cultural Center We have dedicated time and miles for visiting the most number of the Island temple, some of that were so far from Seminiak more then 60- 70 km, Goa Lawah with it’s thousands of Bats, Tirta Empul where, the Indonesians (and not only), do their religious ablutions into the sacred pools, Tanah Lot with it’s temple on a rock into the sea, Ulu watu a special temple dedicated to the monkeys really speedy to stole sunglasses and bags.
The biggest temples as the Pura Besakih the largest and most important Hindu Temple, Pura Luhur and the beautiful and fashinating temple layed on the water, Pura Ulun Dan Beratan.
The Monkey Sanctuary with it’s rumbling rivers, one day spent for visiting the SOS Desa Taruna an association that have as primary mission to collect, protect, cure little orphans warranting them food, dress, instruction and a home up to the age of majority. The pleasure of finding the bed arranged with your birthday wishes and with the birthday cake in the fridge is an unexpected but very welcome treat.
